SUPERSKIN
SCI-Arc Applied Studies Course
Instructed with Herwig Baumgartner
SUPERSKINS is an Applied Studies seminar at SCI-Arc supported through instruction in robotic fabrication, computational design, and ceramic workflows.
The course investigates 3D-printed ceramic façade systems in relation to environmental conditions, exploring how code-driven geometries and material behavior can be integrated into architectural assemblies.
Emphasis is placed on the development of repeatable digital-to-physical pipelines that enable scalable and adaptive fabrication strategies.
